Simply the Best!

I bought a Porsche Boxster from New England Auto Sales almost a year ago. Josh and his partner are so professional it has been by fay just an exceptional experience. They are always willing to help in any instance that may come up. I had a DMV issue almost a year later and they were willing to get it all figured out for me. The next time I'm in need of a new car this is where I am going. Hands down the Best!

Car sales done right

I had my eyes set on a car and showed up. I went inside and expressed my interest in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was looking over it and taking it for a drive. There was no pressure and no pressure driven "tactics" that I've experienced elsewhere. Very down to earth and willing to compromise to get a fair deal done. I felt that the process was fair and was what car buying should be. I've been to many dealerships and I can honestly say that these guys do it right. I've been happy with my purchase as well.

Nicest guy ever!

I had reached out to Brad via email to inquire about a Subaru outback. He was kind enough to call me right away on a Sunday and then offered to meet me for a test drive, even though they were closed that day. Brad could not have been a nicer, more informative, knowledgable guy. And he did not pressure me to buy at all. In the end my son did not want a wagon and we did not make a purchase. But I would highly recommend this car dealership and Brad to anyone that asks. You honestly can’t Go wrong! My next purchase may be a Subaru outback from this dealership!

Boxster S

I bought a 63K miles Boxster S in stunning condition through Josh. Car was represented exactly as I discovered it to be. Easy guys to deal with, very helpful. Sometimes when buying a used car you get an uneasy feeling about the whole deal? NOT HERE! I would send any of my friends or family there. I have had the car for two weeks now and the local Porsche specialist looked at it and said you bought a great car in excellent condition with no issues.....good stuff!

Peace of mind purchase

I saw the vehicle I was interested in (Porsche Boxter) online and convinced my wife to take the 2 hour drive to go see and test drive the Boxter. We were not disappointed. The vehicle was clean and thoughtfully prepared for sale. Josh, our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and when I brought up issues of concern about early Boxter engines, he was prepared with a service plan that was agreeable to me which brought peace of mind and sealed the deal. When we got home with the vehicle I discovered a problem that I called Josh about and was reassured that they stand behind their cars and would fix the issue. Problem solved. These are good people, honest and ethical. I would not hesitate to recommend New England Auto Sales to anyone looking for a well maintained previously owned vehicle.

Great People and Great Cars

I met Brad and Josh while looking at a Porsche 911 online. I went to New England Auto Sales in Plainville and they walked me through a number of options, answered my questions, prepped the car, and installed custom seat slides for extra legroom. 2003 Chevy SSR

Just wanted to note how happy I was with the car I purchased from New England Auto Sales. I saw the car on CarGurus and contacted Brad. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Being I was a buyer out of state in Florida, I requested additional pictures and info and Brad was very happy to send all and he did so very quickly. Brad helped to have some items fixed and even paid for most of them out of his pocket. Brad arranged for the shipping to Florida and my SSR arrived in the exact condition he stated it was in. The best experience I have ever had. I was involved in the purchase of two cars from them a few months ago. I waited till now to write this review to see how they performed. Both cars have been excellent purchases. The compliments I get on how they look also is a plus. The showroom is a professional setting and I experienced a comfortable, no pressure sales experience. Listen up people this is the best car dealership I have ever been too! You know how some car dealers are pushy, know it alls? Not these people, they are the nicest honest caring friendly people I've ever dealt with. And when I mean honest ,they will not sell you a car with issues. And I know because I am so happy with my Lexus! If you think you can't afford a luxury car, think again..They have great cars that have been well taken care of, great mileage and great prices! The only thing I'm sad about is I wish I found this place a long time ago! But I will tell you this, my next car will come from here! They also fixed my 2001 bmw that I swear runs like new! Love Love this place! You will never go anyw where to buy a car once you've purchased one here! Check out their cars..nicest ones on the spot!

I was impressed with the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I did not buy a car there and it was the fault of imy own . They had the car i been looking for and I hesitated even after driving it. One day later the car was gone. Josh was great and never pressured me at all. I would definitely go back again if i see something that interests me. I cane came from the Rhode island border.

Highy Recommend

I have been buying used cars for my personal use for over 40 years. Rarely have I darkened the doorway of a used car establishment. However I had been looking for a specific car (06CRV) and they had one. Not only was the car in superb condition, but the manner in which I was treated was really fine. As picky and distrustful as I was, these guys treated me with respect, patience and genuine honesty. They were all about having integrity and it showed through. they addressed all of my concerns and by the time I wrote the check I knew I was making a good choice. A Great place to shop or just stop in and say hi.

Great place to buy your next auto. It doesn't stop there. The service they provide is unsurpassed. we have purchased two Saab's from them along with one our daughters and a grand daughter also purchased autos. They go out of their way to assist us whether it be giving us a ride of even finding a less expensive solution to a problem. Josh has even given me advice on repairs that can be done by myself. In this day and age,that can be so very valuable. Thank you Josh,Brad and John for all you have Done !

Unbelievable Deal

So my wife wanted a BMW. Not just any BMW, but a hard top convertible 2 door 328i in black. I went crazy just trying to find any models for sale in Connecticut and shared my plight with Brad and Josh. We got a call less than two weeks later - Brad had not only found the vehicle we wanted (it was recently traded in at another dealer), but he was able to get it to us with the low miles we wanted for nearly $1,800.00 less than comparable models we looked at on-line! They literally hit one out of the park for my Wife and I. We've been driving the car now for several months and love it as much as the day we first drove it. Thank you!

The way buying a car SHOULD be!

I recently purchased a 2004 Mini Cooper S from New England Auto Sales. I've also bought many cars from dealers throughout the years, and never had I had such a pleasant experience as I did at New England Auto Sales. For starters, I live about 2 hours away. My wife and I headed to New England Auto from central NJ early on a Sunday morning. I was all geared up for a "traditional" dealership experience. Gladly, that was the furthest thing from what actually occurred. We were warmly greeted, and were not pressured or persuaded in any way whatsoever - it was truly a very laid back atmosphere. That was refreshing. We ultimately decided to purchase the Mini Cooper we came to test drive, but it needed some work. The guys at New England made all the necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure a great driving experience for my wife and I. The sales transaction was the easiest ever. Knowing that I didn't want to make the trip back to CT, we handled all paperwork via FedEx, and the very next weekend, our new to us Mini Cooper was delivered to our home. We will definitely come back to New England Auto Sales the next time we're looking to buy another car.

Great car and great service

I purchased a 2007 BMW X3 from New England Auto in February 2015. It has handled safely through two CT winters and traveled numerous times back and forth to TN, NC and Pittsburgh PA without trouble and in style. The service department at NE Auto is outstanding with quick, efficient and affordable maintenance including oil changes, tires, and BMW accessories. Excellent service, care and deal

I recently purchased a used 2007 Saab 9-3 from New England Auto Sales, and am very pleased with the car and with the deal I got from the dealer. This was a great experience; Josh knows Saabs and as we were doing the test drive, it was a pleasure to speak with a fellow fan who also works with these vehicles professionally. This was a straight-up, no nonsense, friendly and customer-comes-first interaction that was first-rate. Josh handled all my questions, and the rest of the team I met were also first rate. And it gets better. I recently brought the car in for some pending items we had set up at point of sale, and the service and treatment was of the same excellent quality as when I first appeared as a prospective buyer. New England Auto Sales is the BEST!

Amazing Experience

I wanted to share my experience as I feel the female buyers out there would value an honest review. The car-buying experience sometimes is itimidating for a woman. We are treated as stupid and often and the victims of the of the next big commission. Not at this dealership! The owner Michael was patient and very kind and understood my needs and even interacted with my children. I felt valued, important and not like a number or just a sale. I can say with confidence as I watched all of the interaction between the sales person and the owner they genuinely cared, and wanted to put me in a car I felt was in line for my budget. I love my car! I will certainly go back for my next car and recommend to my family and friends! Thank you New England Auto Sales!!!

fabulous service

I have bought two cars from new england auto (a 2001 Acura Integra, and a 2005 Saab 9-3) and have never been more pleased with any customer service. They have done everything they can to keep me satisfied. They have proven to be honest and proffesional. They are truly out for the customers good and i couldnt be more pleased with their service both in purchasing new vehicles and having them serviced later on. 06 Saab 9-3

I bought a used 06 Saab 9-3 with about 89k. Car was in really good shape and I ended up buying it after I test drove it. Upon pick up everything was done to it as promised and the car was super clean. The process was really easy and fun. I would recommend buying a car here as you are buying quality vehicles, which have been looked over to be safe and reliable.

Excellent Service

I have been bringing my cars (3 of which were purchased here) for repairs at New England Auto for over 2 years, and am thoroughly satisfied with the quality and price of the work performed. John, Eric and Jeremy provide first class service at prices that are a significant savings over the local "stealerships." And Brad and Josh have some of the best used car prices in the state - especially on late model Volvos. I would recommend New England Auto Sales without hesitation or limitation.

You won't do better than NE Auto

Brad, Josh and the team at New England Auto Sales are simply the best there is. Finding an auto dealer/repair shop that you can trust is like GOLD and these guys are the standard that all should be measured against. My wife and I bought our Subaru from NE Auto 3 years ago and I've been bringing both of my cars in them for all service since. These guys go out of their way and have exceeded all expectations in ensuring that both of my cars are in great shape and that I'm are always treated fairly. Customer satisfaction is clearly their main priority. I've only had one issue related to work they have done for me and that was 100% due to a manufactures error on a part that was installed. This occurred while I was traveling and it had to be repaired at another shop. When Brad and Josh heard that I had an they worked directly with the repair shop that I was at to make sure the problem was fixed and we could get home safely, reimbursed me for the repair (actually over reimbursed me to make up for the inconvenience) and thoroughly reexamined my car to make sure it was absolutely perfect once I returned at no cost. This alone was outstanding but add in the fact that this took place on Christmas Day and that both Josh and Brad made the wellbeing of my family and my car their top priority has officially made me a customer for life. Don’t waste your time with anyone else these guys know cars and more importantly put their customers first.

The only dealership I have used since I first found them 10+ years ago

I'm not sure why I have waited this long to post a review of New England Auto Sales, especially when you consider this is the only dealership I purchased a vehicle from over the past 10 years and 4 cars later for me, my wife and my two children. Brad and Josh and Carrera (the owner's Golden Retriever) have become like family to ours making us always feel comfortable and confident with every purchase. Not only do I purchase my cars from New England Auto Sales but I also have all of my service done here as well. These guys really represent what they advertise, Honesty & Integrity!

We love our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan!

This past weekend I picked up our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan that we purchased from Brad at NEAS. Since I'm in the midwest I opted to fly into Hartford and drive the car home. Brad was happy to pick me up from the airport and do the deal outside of his normal hours. When my flight got delayed Brad was more than happy to adjust his plans to fit the new schedule. The van was beautiful and exactly as described. I made this purchase through eBay, which certainly makes me nervous since I couldn't easily inspect the car in person, and the 100% positive feedbacks from over 500 people is certainly well deserved. I felt that I could certainly trust Brad and he didn't disappoint! Although the 700 mile trip home was long the car performed perfectly! I would welcome the opportunity to purchase from Brad and NEAS again! Thanks for a great car buying experience!

Took care of business with honesty and personable touc

After many days of searching and finding many "so called deals" at other dealership I realized better to go with personably owned and honest people you can trust to be comfortable in purchasing a vehicle. INTEGRITY

It takes a lot of certainty to put integrity on your sign. I had nothing but a GREAT experience buying my beautiful Saab from Brad. This establishment is ALL about intergrity and honesty. Three weeks after purchasing my car, my front headlight came to the end of its life and Brad replaced this $100 bulb free of charge. The process was easy, and Brad and his teams' organization made the transaction completely pain free. I will NEVER buy a new car and I will ALWAYS be a customer of New England Auto Sales!!! I look forward to purchasing my two seater convertible in the summer from New England Auto Sales, start looking Mr. Brad!!!!

As soon as i walked into New England Auto Sales, i was treated with the utmost respect. I came to New England Auto Sales to test Drive a car they had displayed in the front of their buisness. I purchased a 2007 Infinity FX 35 from New England auto sale. I love it and the sales guys were great. The Infinity came with one set of keys, I asked for a 2nd set and they said no problem. When I picked up the Infinity they provided 2 sets of keys. I would definitely refer this dealership to my friends and family.

Awesome experience
